North East Wilds

Forest Lunch Club gave women the opportunity to experiment with, and create, art and crafts in a huge variety of mediums. Alongside this women developed campfire craft skills, and cooked an incredible variety of food from nostalgic recipes to foraged treats.

During lockdown periods in 2020 and 2021, the Forest Lunch Club also delivered food parcels and nature/arts activity kits.

Beneficiaries: In 2020 there were 17 women at 11 sessions, the project also delivered 122 food parcels to 27 women as well as 78 nature/arts activity kits. In 2021 there were 33 women at 16 sessions and 6 lockdown activities.
