Pen Pals

A 3-stage letter writing art project connecting early years school children with older members of the community - meeting by correspondence to become 'pen-pals.' The project includes creating a piece of art together (by post) - based around relationships, sustainability and the environment, supporting an early years school readiness angle. With appropriate permissions the creations/letters would form a public art installation room, as part of the professional Passion for the Planet production.

Passion for the Planet

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. (In collaboration with St Mary’s Church, Heworth)
