Tyneside Women’s Health

The purpose of the Thinking Clearly project was to facilitate creative interventions to help women improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing through the delivery of a series of taster workshops. Over the year Tyneside Women’s Health aimed to facilitate eight workshops in the community to help them reach new women, and 14 workshops within their centres.
